I received a pleasant welcome from the reception and was dealt with quickly and professionally.
The waiting period for my actual examination was not that look and I was greeted and ushered to the ultrasound room, was welcomed by the senior nurse Jackie.
She explained my requirements eg. taking off my upper garments as I suffered from a shoulder surgery. I was also greeted (handshake) by the gentleman who carried out the ultrasound, this make me comfortable. Very satisfied.

Staff (nurses and doctors) listened to all of my worries.
Very good support. Helpful and explained diagnosis carefully.
Better communication with family. When my son called he was not given any information about my progress. I was unable to call him.
